United Way is continually searching for resources that will provide our Community activities and programs that will strengthen us.

Dial 2-1-1 for FREE, confidential, 24-hour information and referral assistance for housing, shelter, food, legal aid, clothing, education, counseling, utility assistance, health care, transportation, volunteer opportunities, employment programs and disaster response.

Financial Help

Fill out our Faith Fund Application online and you will then be contacted by a Faith Fund representative by telephone to schedule an interview. All applicants must reside in Wells County to be considered for assistance.

FamilyWize Prescription Card

We are pleased to be able to offer a cost saving prescription card for individuals who do not have a prescription plan. It's just one more way that United Way of Wells is striving to make a difference!
