Out of an abundance of caution, United Way of Wells County and the Faith Fund will be closed to the public for the foreseeable future.
We are sensitive to the fact that many needs will be rising and we want to be available for individuals seeking assistance. In order to protect our staff and our patrons, the Faith Fund will continue taking applications but with some new procedures in place.
All completed applications will be taken via the black dropbox by the door. Blank applications are also outside and will be replenished regularly. Or you can email faithfund@unitedwaywells.org for an application for assistance. Please be sure to indicate on the application the exact reasons that you are applying for help.
We continue to need a photo i.d. (State issued ID, Driver’s license). You can take a picture with your phone and email it to faithfund@unitedwaywells.org when you drop your application in our drop box. Or if you prefer, a photocopy with your application will work as well.
If you are requesting help with a utility bill or rent payment, please follow the same procedure as your photo i.d.
The case manager will call you to schedule a phone interview within three business days.
